Who we are

This website and the DentalManager service are operated by MyarasSoftware, the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. Your name and email address, which we receive when you sign in with Google.
Clinic data you enter. Patient records, appointment details, clinical notes, odontogram data, treatments and payments stored in DentalManager.
Billing information. Subscription details handled by our payment provider (Hotmart). We do not store your card number.
Technical data. Basic browser and usage information needed to keep the service working and secure.

How we use information

To provide and maintain the DentalManager service.
To sync appointments with your Google Calendar when you ask us to.
To run automatic backups to Google Drive.
To process subscriptions and renewals through Hotmart.
To answer support requests and keep the service secure.

Google account integration

DentalManager uses Google sign-in for authentication. With your permission, it connects to your Google Calendar to sync appointments and to Google Drive for backups. You can review and revoke these permissions at any time in your Google account.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Hotmart, a third-party payment provider. Payments and their terms are governed by Hotmart's own policies.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is protected by Google authentication, HTTPS encryption and role-based permissions, so each user only sees what they need to do their job.

Retention

We keep your clinic's data while your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, access to the service is deactivated and your data is no longer accessible through the application.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers that help us run the product - such as Google and Hotmart - under their own security obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us at help@contact.myarassoftware.com.

Children

DentalManager is a professional tool for dental clinics and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
